Non-perishable items (non-glass containers preferred)

  • Peanut butter
  • Milk, shelf-safe, boxed or powdered
  • Canned meats (tuna, chicken, salmon, Vienna sausages)
  • Canned soups (no simple broths, no cream-based)
  • Rice
  • Pasta
  • Canned tomatoes, pasta sauce
  • Canned vegetables (especially green and corn) 
  • Pork ‘n beans and other canned beans
  • Macaroni and cheese
  • Canned ravioli, spaghetti & meatballs, etc.
  • Applesauce and canned fruit (light syrup or in natural juice)
  • Cereal, oatmeal, grits, pancake mix
  • Crackers, cookies
  • Baby food (no glass jars, please), formula, and cereal
  • Individual size pop-top cans such as Vienna sausage, cheese crackers, granola bars, etc., for homeless clients living on the street

Perishible items

  • Eggs
  • Yogurts (individual portion)
  • Fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Dinner casseroles, frozen in aluminum pan

Household items

  • Paper towels, toilet paper, tissues
  • Hygeine items (full size)
  • Laundry pods or detergent
  • Dishwashing detergent or liquid

  • Baking mixes (biscuit or muffin, not cookie or cake unless organic or gluten free)
  • Coffee, teabags
  • Healthy snacks (tortilla chips, salsa, nuts, raisins, dried fruit, popcorn)
